Cette demande de cr\u00e9dit est dite &#8220;non affect\u00e9e&#8221; car l&#8217;organisme pr\u00eateur n&#8217;a pas \u00e0 demander de justificatif concernant l&#8217;utilisation des fonds. <\/p>\n\n<p>A partir du moment o\u00f9 l&#8217;\u00e9tablissement financier octroie ce cr\u00e9dit \u00e0 la consommation, l&#8217;emprunteur l&#8217;utilise de la mani\u00e8re qu&#8217;il souhaite. Il peut ainsi financer l&#8217;achat d&#8217;un bien, des travaux, une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, un voyage ou autre.<\/p>\n\n<p>A savoir que, pour prot\u00e9ger l&#8217;emprunteur,\nle Code de la consommation pr\u00e9voit un d\u00e9lai de r\u00e9tractation apr\u00e8s signature du\ncontrat de cr\u00e9dit. Ce d\u00e9lai est de 14 jours.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. La demande de pr\u00eat personnel<\/h3>\n\n<p>Si la demande d&#8217;un pr\u00eat personnel peut \u00eatre\nformul\u00e9e par tout consommateur, elle exige n\u00e9anmoins de rassembler et envoyer\ndivers documents \u00e0 l&#8217;organisme pr\u00eateur.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pour mettre toutes les chances de votre\nc\u00f4t\u00e9, vous devez donc fournir un dossier complet. Celui-ci devra notamment\ncontenir :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Une copie de votre pi\u00e8ce d&#8217;identit\u00e9.<\/li><li> Un relev\u00e9 bancaire prouvant que le compte est \u00e0 votre nom. <\/li><li> Pour les personnes percevant un salaire, une copie des trois derni\u00e8res fiches.<\/li><li>Pour les personnes ayant une activit\u00e9 non salari\u00e9e et pour les personnes \u00e0 la retraite, une copie des derniers versements sur extraits.<\/li><li>Dans certains cas, pour les personnes poss\u00e9dant un bien immobilier, une copie du dernier avertissement extrait de r\u00f4le.<\/li><li>Pour les personnes ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 des cr\u00e9dits en cours et dans le cas d\u2019un regroupement de cr\u00e9dits, les contrats et tableaux d&#8217;amortissement.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces diff\u00e9rents documents,\nl&#8217;organisme de pr\u00eat va pouvoir \u00e9tudier votre demande et analyser votre\nsolvabilit\u00e9 et votre capacit\u00e9 de remboursement. <\/p>\n\n<p>A noter qu&#8217;avant de faire une demande de\ncr\u00e9dit \u00e0 la consommation, il est important que vous simuliez cette demande en\nligne.
